Access Results with ACL Robotics Professional Edition

Every licensed ACL Robotics Professional Edition customer receives access to Results with a limited number of tables. Results provides a secure platform for review and workflow remediation. It is designed to easily share data with broader audiences.

The ability to import data from Results to Analytics allows you to perform secondary or follow-up analysis on exceptions. After performing the analysis, you can export data back to Results in a round-trip process.

Restrictions

Each company that uses Results as part of ACL Robotics Professional Edition is restricted to the default tables and five user-created tables. These restrictions do not apply to you if you subscribe to Diligent One, or if you are using any of the old subscription types: AuditBond Premium, RiskBond, ControlsBond, ComplianceBond, or FraudBond. For more information on subscription types, see Subscriptions, editions, and capabilities.

Table type Maximum Number Allowed Description
Default tables N/A These tables are automatically included with Results. They include sample data as well as system tables that support other Diligent One functions. They do not count against your user-created table limit.
User-created tables 5 These are tables created by you or someone in your organization. These other tables can be made up of data analytics, event reports, or surveys. You can divide them between any number of collections.

Note

If your organization used Results Lite before the table limit was implemented on January 24, 2019, all of your tables are still present and functional. However, you cannot create new tables until your table count is below five.

Are there restrictions on other items?

No. You can create as many of the following items as you need:

  • Collections and Analyses (organizing containers)
  • Questionnaires
  • Triggers
  • Metrics
  • Interpretations and Visualizations
  • Storyboards

However, the 5 user-created tables effectively limits the number of use cases you can address. Questionnaires, triggers, metrics, interpretations, visualizations, and storyboards will all interact with and report against the same records.

Subscriptions carried over from Results Lite

If your organization used Results Lite before we released ACL Robotics Professional Edition, some users might have an old subscription. These subscriptions are equivalent to normal Results subscriptions, and you can continue using them.

Results Lite Subscription Equivalent to Description Typically used by anyone that...
Results Lite Professional Professional Provides full administrative access to the full set of capabilities in Results Manages information in Results, creates questionnaires, and shares data to Results.

Frequently asked questions

How do I access Results?

Before you can access Results, a System Admin must assign you the appropriate subscription in Launchpad. For more information, see Managing licenses and subscription permissions.

Once this is done, you can find the link to Results in Launchpad.

If I use Results, is all my data in the cloud?

No. Analytics processes data within your data center. You have full control over what data you choose to export to Results for review and collaboration purposes.

How is Results organized?

Collections are the highest level of organization. You can manage the level of access users have to Collections by assigning them the appropriate role.

Within a Collection, there are multiple Analyses which are containers to hold Data Analytics. Whenever you export data from Analytics to Results, the data is displayed in the specified Data Analytic.

Note

You need to create a Collection, an Analysis, and a Data Analytic prior to importing or exporting data.

How do I create a questionnaire?

You can learn how to create questionnaires here: Creating questionnaires.
