Viewing or updating settings

View or update settings associated with a specific project or settings that apply to all projects in the organization.

How it works

You can view and update settings associated with a specific project, or settings that apply to all projects in the organization.

Settings associated with a specific project

  • View the date the project was created
  • Update the project name, description, project type, status, dates, budgeted hours, assurance and control performance settings, number of testing rounds, and max sample size
    Note

    You cannot update project-specific settings while one or more objectives in the project are checked out (using ACL GRC for iOS or Android or Offline Projects). To update project-specific settings, you must check in all objectives into the project.

Settings that apply to all projects in the organization

  • View the organization name, module URL, administrators, number of active projects, and total storage used by the organization
    Note

    There is no data storage limit.

  • Update the report title for all projects, project status labels, and chart settings

Permissions

Professional Managers can update project-specific settings. Projects Admins can update settings that apply to the organization.
